7. Ownership & Usage Rights

Final deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment is completed. Baap Impact Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Either party may terminate the project with prior notice. Work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly, and no refunds will be issued for completed work.
